„Staying in this space was glorious! The house is designed to be comfortable, restful and it welcoming and it was. The host was very, very nice and she went out of her way to meet our travel needs. This little house is one of the best places we've stayed. After 12 days of travel it was a delightful respite!“

„Das Holzhaus war die zweite Station unserer Irlandrundreise. Sie übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Am Anfang waren wir besorgt, dass die sehr nahe Straße zulaut sein würde. Das war nicht so, da die Scheiben sehr gut isoliert waren. Farblich war alles wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Pflasterweg zum Haus sehr stilvoll gepflastert. Wir konnten sogar draußen auf der kleinen Veranda essen. Wir putzten die Holzstühle und die blaue Umrandung vom Laub des letzten Regens frei und fühlten uns auch ...

„Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. “

„Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might ...

„Bathrooms were tiny, had no mirrors and hot water did not work in one. Remote for one tv did not work. Lighting was poor in kitchen and dining room. Pull on one drawer was broken. Exposed wires in dining room. Cushions did not fit in living room. Needed better instructions for stove.“

„House is very spacious, quiet, clean and with wonderful views! The house is supplied with everything you may need. Even though we were only a group of four, this would be great for a larger group. I had a couple of questions and the host responded immediately. This was our second time in Doolin (it’s grown quite a bit in the last 13 years) and would stay here again- hopefully before 13 more years pass! “

„We spent 5 days in this beautiful college in Ballyvaughan.Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to the village, where we could find easily a shop that provides with food and all you may need for your stay. Good starting point for the exploration of Irlands western part.The interior of the house is as described. Nothing was missing for us and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and the cozy living room. Plenty of bedrooms and several bathrooms.Check-in was organized by ...

„Fantastic stay“

„The flat was part of a small house with two appartments. The groundfloor had a modern bathroom, kitchen, TV and place for reading. The upper floor had a very big size twin bed and a smaller single bed. Marie, the landlord explained everything and took care, that even at night time was enough light to use the steps securly. A problem with the heating was solved soon. Because of the rural area the stay was very calm. The flat is onl, 4km away from parking spaces to walk to the Clifff of Moher.“

„Ein Anwesen in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von Doolin mit schönem Weitblick auf die Aran Islands. Das Haus ist riesig, gut geschnitten und hat eine gehobene Ausstattung. Es ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Parteien und Kindern, uns hat es sehr gefallen.“

"Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lüftung ist sehr laut, es hat ein wenig Schimmel in den Fugen und das was wohl mal ein Seifenspender war, rostet an der Wand vor sich hin. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels und des Restaurants sind sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommen."

"Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir wurden sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Zweibettzimmer war gross und schön. Es hatte einen Wasserkocher, leider fehlten Teebeutel. Im Preis inklusive war das Parkieren des Autos und die Benützung des Innenpools, des Sprudelbades und der Sauna. Das riesige Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Speisen war der Hammer, mit zudem reichlich, starken Kaffee. Das Hotel liegt zentral mit vielen Shops und Restaurant in der Nähe und auch der Strand ist nicht weit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. "
