„This place is just adorable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals with. The backyard is perfect if you are bringing a dog. Its complete with a doggy door. There are plenty of places to sleep for your whole family. The bathroom was cute and i loved the details of the home the owners put into it. „This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. The lake is very "mushy" and not really swim worthy, but a nice view! The indoor pool is AMAZING! The host is wonderful, very responsive and understanding. „Incredible view and communication with property owners make this stay a perfect weekend getaway. The lodge itself was clean, nicely spaced out for everyone to enjoy privacy or to come together for conversation on the deck overlooking the lake or the fire pit. The town is a few minutes away with an ice cream shop, hardware store and an outstanding grocery store with fresh cut meat available if you’re looking to grill/cook. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for a couples or family getaway. “

„Leider gab es keine Info das es keinen Badesteg gibt, kein Axt werfen oder Bogen Spielen, das Restaurant nur wenige Tage auf und leider kaum einer vor Ort vormittags. Nichts für Kinder außer der Pool .. sehr traurig alles , Fotos stimmen alle nicht mehr . Leider keine Reaktion seitens Expedia. So hätte ich es nicht gebucht ! “

„The cabin was nice. The area very quiet. This cabin had everything you need for a vacation. We were able to have fires and spent a lot of time on the water the paddle boat is a nice addition-kept us busy even in the cold. We will be back “

„We had 10 adults and two children (under 3) and this property checked all our boxes for space, privacy, access to 'safe' swimming water and boat access. Truly a perfect spot for a large group that wants to hang together.“

„Just got home from our stay at naughty in the woods wow an amazing spot if you’re into using side-by-side or riding the trails at Houghton Lake. Great location, conveniently located by plenty of bars and restaurants auto parts stores and a Walmart. Only 1.2 miles from the Denton Creek trailhead which is a blast. It offers great trails in great scenery. When we got done, we lit a fire outback, and sat and laughed about all the time we had on the trails. We will definitely be back a great spot!“
