„Overall we had good experience. The house was itself very nice and spacious but needs some maintenance. We booked the whole property so all rooms were available but needs some proper cleaning and good maintenance unless it’s very pretty house. We had 1 night stay and good time.“

„Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!“
