„Lovely place to stay, friendly host who is very helpful with ideas. Cabin was homely and cosy, kids loved the bed set up. Outdoor kitchen was perfect, we cooked burgers and steaks to perfection. Kids where given the run of the garden and the boys have told me to give a 5 star review. Thank you for having us.“

„Sehr schöne, saubere kleine Wohnung in einer gemütlichen nicht erdrückenden Anlage. Leider keine Spülmaschine und wenig Geschirr. Ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung. Vermieter sehr nett, Kommunikation super! Nettes Cafe mit wlan in der Anlage. 3 Minuten zum Meer, Seaview ist ein toller Ort. Radwege wenige, jedoch ist Radfahren gut möglich.“

„This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!“

„It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. “

„The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival. „property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water ...

„Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Dust on the shelves, red drops on the bed linen, a small insect in the other bed linen, a tap from which water was splashing around, the bathrooms were in a state that would require renovation and you wouldn't want to shower in them. Cleanliness is the minimum we expect from a hotel room and we don't want to have to complain about it. In general, I don't think it's appropriate to call a hotel dog-friendly if you are excluded from the breakfast restaurant and have to eat outside in the corridor. Your hotel is no longer an option for us. Staub auf den Regalen, rote Tropfen auf der Bettwäsche, ein kleines Insekt in der anderen Bettwäsche, ein Wasserhahn aus dem das Wasser durch die Gegend spritzte, die Badezimmer in einem Zustand in dem schon eine Renovierung notwendig wäre und man ungern darin duschen möchte. Sauberkeit ist der Mindestanspruch den wir an ein Hotelzimmer haben und wir möchten nicht dafür das Zimmer reklamieren müssen. Im Allgemeinen halte ich es nicht für angemessen, ein Hotel Hunde-freundlich zu nennen in dem man aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant ausgeschlossen wird und draußen im Gang essen muss. Ihr Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage. "
