„The house at first seemed too far out of the way for me, but once we got there we loved the location by the river and with a dock to fish and swim from. We loved that. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfasts. It became a great base to visit Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham; along with visiting family in the area. “

„The quiet of the woods was just what we needed. It's a nice little place to get away a couple nights. I love that they had bundles of firewood and fire starter for us. I would stay here again.“

„Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!“

„Rented this house to be closer to family who was fishing a tournament on Lake Jordan. Neighborhood was quiet. View was beautiful. Everything was as described and Leigh was a great host. We enjoyed our stay and have recommended the place to others. “

„We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. “

„This property has just about everything you could need. Kayaks, peddle boat, plenty of life vests nice large area off the main lake and away from the busy wakes and waves. Easy water access for swimming and shallow enough for the really little's to still get in and enjoy. If the weather gets bad, the game room is there to save the day !!! Property management/owners are responsive and helpful. Love this house and we WILL be booking it again !!! “

„It was perfect!!!! My husband and I decided to take our kids and grandkids on a little trip. It was 8 adults and 3 kids. Perfect amount of space. We brought our pontoon that fit perfect under the boat dock. You can see the boat landing from the deck. So nice and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and hope to go back again!“
