„The house was perfect for us as we needed a base for visiting family in Chichester. Very comfy beds and clean throughout. We didn’t really use the kitchen but looked like it had everything you’d need. Garden was lovely and the house was perfectly located 10min straight down to the beach. Very happy to have found somewhere pet friendly so that we could actually make the weekend happen! Thank you “

The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). „The directions were accurate so we easily found the property and parking was more than adequate. It is on a very regularly used road so traffic noises were a minor issue. We were greeted by a very helpful and convivial host who lived on site so was readily available, (but not obtrusively so), to answer queries. The cottage was cosy and met our short stay needs well; we particularly enjoyed sitting reading by the log burner! Thank you Janet. “
