„Another wonderful week with our family at Stoney Point!This was the 6th consecutive year we have enjoyed this property - plenty of space for everyone. Weather was super hot, but the AC kept us all very comfortable. Too hot for campfires this year, but the beach was extra fun with all the floats provided and the lake water temperature nice and warm.“

„Cute, cozy little house. Stayed for the night had everything you would need even little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. Boneta was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home “

„I waited until 30 minutes after check in to get the entry combination. No response from home owner. Called VRBO and kept getting disconnected. When finally talked to someone it took 30 minutes to find out the owner decided to pull the house from the rebtal claiming VRBO did not pay him. We had to book two hotel rooms foe the two adult couples at 3 times the cost due to last minute rates. It was 40 miles away. What a disappointment. I got a refund but was stranded without many options.“

„Sunset Cabin in Westfield NY has become an annual retreat for we three friends from central Pennsylvania. Not only is the cabin well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable, but the natural setting - under the trees and near the lake – creates a relaxing atmosphere for beachcombing or just sitting near the shore with a drink of your choice. The beach glass was harder to come by this year, but the amazing sunsets of every color made up for that in spades! We had a wonderful escape from that ...

„The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place. ...

„Great communication and quick to respond. Even made a special trip to help reset the Keurig! The description is accurate on the site. Technically it’s on Lake Erie. However, you have to walk about 300 yards from the house to see the lake. (Would have been nice to be able to drive on the path). It’s mostly shielded by trees so not much of a view. There’s no place to sit in the huge beautiful backyard. Would be nice to have a patio with a shaded seating area. They do have outdoor travel chairs ...

„We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house and we truly can’t say enough good things! The home was clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and both cozy and charming.
