„The cabin was as advertised; a nice quiet escape from everyday life. Ryan, the host, was very responsive to my questions, and given that his family lives on the property, respected our privacy. I think I saw his family once in our weeklong stay. If you’ve never had well water, you may be kind of surprised of the smells, minerals, etc., well I have so it was no big deal, especially since they make a note of it up front. „River house is truly a great spot. Large clean welcoming and surrounded by tress. There plenty of space to spread out and we loved using the ping pong table! Great location to go to St Mary’s or not far from St Simon’s beach.Our host was so ready to take care of every need and was quickly responsive!I would highly recommend her house“

„After driving 13 hours to get there. The host was not available for a refund after several attempts to talk about the booking which was not advertised by the pictures shown and there were two to three other people there when I got there not to mention the stench of the smell of urine when you entered did not even stay there and still demanding a refund . I would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!“

„There’s was 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of room its is a remodeled cute place with the river right across the street for fishing out swimming. we enjoyed the cool water in the river if you like meeting new people and hang out in the river this is the house for you. “

„The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay.“

„We didn't even stay. This place was nothing like the description! It was some kind of strange boarding house thing with no A/C and a shared bathroom. No responsive host. Worst experience ever “

„Very nice property, took our boat out on the river caught a few catfish but mostly spent our time relaxing in the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable, more than enough room for our party of 8. Great stay“

„We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. “
