„The layout in a linear condo style made it spacious with all you’d need with kitchen, bed area and bathroom spa. Bed was big an comfortable with a gas log fire that kept the place very warm. Good location near spa centre but private. A short drive into Daylesford. Could do with some good ground coffee and plunger or capsule. Otherwise great“

„Very cold, couldn’t get heating working properly the first night, owner came & adjusted it for second night, marginally better but still not really warm. Place was in need of a good clean (microwave plate grimy, cups very stained) pathway to get in quite steep & covered with slippery leaves & a hose lying across it - quite hazardous but could easily have been fixed. All in all, not a very satisfactory place.“

„The property was in a relatively quite location with only distant and faint traffic sounds. The magpies were in good voice. The spa was a welcome inclusion to help relax tired muscles. There wer no negatives from our perspective. Thank you to our hosts, we enjoyed our stay.“

„Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s.“
