„We had a great time at this house: Ocean just in front to go swimming or snorkeling, big terrace to have breakfast or dinner (lunch would be to hot in the sun ;-)), refreshing pool, very well equipped house with everything you need, cosy bed, calm neighborhood. The owner, Ivan and his wife, were very friendly und welcoming. Thank you one again! We would advice to rent a car or take one of the busses that drive from the supermarket- only a 7 minutes walk away.“

„Our family of five stayed at this wonderful villa in Palm Cay for a relaxing beach vacation. Walk out onto the back patio and right onto the beach where the views are magnificent. The house was well-furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. The community is a gated community with a private beach, good restaurant (Pink Octopus), a cafe, and a small pool. „Palm Cay marina is a very well maintained resort on the south east end of the island. It is therefore a bit off the beaten path of Nassau downtown. Therefore you might want to get a rental car to get around! The unit is very spacious, clean, modern and even has marina view and in the distance even ocean view. Friendly staff! We will be back soon!“
