„Palm Cay marina is a very well maintained resort on the south east end of the island. It is therefore a bit off the beaten path of Nassau downtown. Therefore you might want to get a rental car to get around! The unit is very spacious, clean, modern and even has marina view and in the distance even ocean view. Friendly staff! „Beautiful view, walked right out onto the beach which was absolutely picturesque! Some of the beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable and we needed to walk to buy more toilet paper and paper towels at Solomon’s, but other than that house was stocked well with towels. Great time!“

„We had a great time at this house: Ocean just in front to go swimming or snorkeling, big terrace to have breakfast or dinner (lunch would be to hot in the sun ;-)), refreshing pool, very well equipped house with everything you need, cosy bed, calm neighborhood. The owner, Ivan and his wife, were very friendly und welcoming. Thank you one again! We would advice to rent a car or take one of the busses that drive from the supermarket- only a 7 minutes walk away.“

„Eddie was an incredible host, and his house was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time in Nassau and we would absolutely stay at the property again. Direct views of the ocean and sunrise, and convenience to grocery stores. The neighborhood feels safe and was quiet throughout the week, but still only a short car drive to busier Bay Street area. „It's a very nice property, stunning views and just a few steps from the waters edge. It is obviously a very 'new' rental as it misses the mark on a few things. Faucet in the kitchen barely works, lacks things like paper towel, and not a nice entrance (porch boards literally bowed up where screws are missing. „Our stay at Water's Edge was absolute perfection. The house and location were everything we wanted. It felt safe and secluded.
