The property was in a perfect location for our needs – close to Cedar Rapids Airport and also Iowa city. We were there for a family gathering and the night everyone came over it was about 11 of us. „I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owners. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, lots of peace and quiet. Owner Karen really went all out to make sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. I especially loved the kitchen (equipped with high-tech equipment), which opened up to the living room, creating an open and spacious place to just hang out. „This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with some great outdoor perks.“

„You can tell the owners care for the house and want you to have a comfortable experience. It was clean and comfortable. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Conveniently located. The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. “
