„Everything was state of the art. We travel to Belize all the time and the amenities here were above and beyond what we are used to. The sunrise view is amazing. There is a Chinese market around the corner where we were able to purchase everything we wanted for breakfast and plenty of restaurants nearby. The ATM cave is about 45 minutes away, 10 minutes from Guanacaste, and not too far from cave’s branch. I definitely recommend Ansen’s Place when staying in Belmopan.“

„The house was beautiful. The view as soon as you walk in the front door was better than the pictures could do justice. Communication was a 10 on a 5 scale. I cant say enough about how fast, informative and amazing all communication was.“

„Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). „This property is extremely clean and pleasant. I felt it was an excellent choice for the price. The above ground pool off a nice deck is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. The rest of the house is not air conditioned but has numerous fans. We did not have a car and walked into town but the walk back is uphill and we often got a cab or scheduled a ride back especially in the dark. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town.“

„Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there.“

„This property is worth every penny. Close enough to San Ignacio that most tours picked me up for free or a small fee. I took a morning walk to the orchard, enjoyed incredible food at the on site restaurant, and everyone working there made us feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. “
