It gave us room to spread out at the end of a day, but the living room and dining room provided a warm gathering space to enjoy with family Any the host was fantastic and I highly recommend Parkview to anyone looking to spend time in the area. “

„We had the best experience from the first contact with Aubrey to our first tour of the place to our countless questions and our stay. It was clean, comfortable , and beautiful! Great place for families to meet and relax around the fire or in the beautiful dining room or the many other rooms. We appreciate having our own space with private bathrooms. We can’t say enough positive things about the place.“

„We stayed to go to the Warren Zeiders concert. It was a 12 minute easy drive to the fairgrounds. The cabin is awesome, the upstairs was hot, but they do have fans there.“

„Great place to spend a weekend or week away! The kayaks and canoes were amazing to spend time out on the lake and river. Nearby nature preserves allowed for some fantastic hikes. Comfortable beds and great spaces for lounging and cooking with an incredible porch with view of the lake to watch the bald eagles and herons while sipping your morning coffee. Highly recommend!“

„Very cute bunkhouse. The perfect sized getaway for a couple. The mattress was a bit springy, though. The peacefulness was worth being outside of town. Ecologically speaking, their prairie needs work, though. Lots of invasive grasses.“

„Hermit's hideaway is just as pictured but better. Cozy, clean and with everything you need. Hosts are kind and responsive. Stayed for 13 days and wish I could stay here permanently instead of moving into my apartment. Lots of space and outdoor porches overlooking a beautiful garden as a bonus. A great place to stay If you are in the area!!!“

"Das Hotel ist ein guter Ort, um dort eine Nacht zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen und zwei große Koffer. Das Hotel grenzt an einige Supermärkte und bekommt je nach Lage des Zimmers recht viel Licht vom hell beleuchteten Parkplatz ab. Das kann man mit Gardinen in der Nacht nicht vollständig abschirmen. Das Frühstückt war nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bratwurst kam aus der Mikrowelle ans Buffet und war von innen noch kalt. Der Kaffee war sehr dünn und nicht genießbar. "
