„Amazing little gem in East Texas!! We had a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing 5 days here. The cabin was beautiful with the live edge pine and cedar on the walls. The hosts were very welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was an enjoyable one and we had everything we needed. The baked treats were delicious. The only thing that was missing was a dishwasher, but we made it work thank you to Roxanne for being a great host and getting back with me whenever I had a question we would definitely return one day I would recommend it to anybody that needs a getaway. It’s way out in the country Right on the river.“

„Perfect location on the bayou. It’s a short walk or boat ride to Big Pines Lodge. Outdoor spots to meet everyone’s needs; sunny deck with slide and jump platform, shaded deck with table, bar and swings, and a screened in porch. The large table inside is perfect for family game nights! I’ve lost count how many times we have stayed here but there are little improvements each year. “

"What a nice hotel from the outside. Ok the lobby was really nice and beautiful remodeled. But please repair the door locks. We walked three times to the desk to reboot the key. The breakfast fast wasnt worth a word. Nothing was there. No juices no coffee two slices of bread. One muffin. Orange juice themes molded inside. That is not a hot rich breakfast as written on the note in the rooms. Sorry no 10 in our eyes. It looks like "run this 5 years to get the US passport" Never again."

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Interstate das ist praktisch. Jedoch muss man für Restaurants nochmals ins Auto steigen. Unpraktisch. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Ruhig trotz der nahen Interstate. Für eine Übernachtung eine gite Wahl."
