At the end of our stay we felt like we were part of the family. Their hospitality can’t be beaten. Seriously, don’t stay anywhere else. „We loved our stay in Cotacochi. We stayed nearly 3 months total. This must be the nicest rental in the whole area. Comfortable furniture, nice linens, an extremely well stocked kitchen and close to everything. Because the house is behind a walled fence and surrounds by mostly residential it was very quiet. Internet is reliable and the local property manager is extremely responsive. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in the area again. “

„We really loved staying here. Rolando and his family were super welcoming and at the same time gave privacy in the apartment. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. „We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This apartment was even better than we hoped. Everything was immaculate, the location was perfect. Yes, there was a little noise at times, but you are right in the middle of town and so that is to be expected - it certainly wasn't a problem. the manager, Rafael, was excellent and arranged a driver from the airport and then on to our next destination, Mindo. „The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again.“

„Views of the mountains were amazing from every room. Great penthouse rooftop terrace. Very nice and accommodating host. Leo our host was there to greet us on our arrival. He was very informative about the town and had a contact list of people who could help us out with any issues or needs. The only discrepancy was it is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. "⭐️ Guter Preis 18$ Zimmer ⭐️ Einfacher und freundlicher Checkin ⭐️ Warmwasser vorhanden über beheizten Duschkopf 😁 ⭐️ Wlan vorhanden auch im Zimmer 104 ⭐️ Ich konnte gut schlafen 😴 da mein Zimmerfenster Richtung Flur war. Pünktlich um 7:00 Uhr hat der Baulärm von der nahegelegenen Baustelle 🏗️ begonnen, siehe Video."
