„Great location a block from Bellevue’s restaurants and shops and right across the river from downtown Cinci. Bellevue was a really charming neighborhood. We were here to see the Eagles-Bengals game and took the $1 Southbank shuttle to and from the stadium, so easy! Julia was communicative and the place itself was really nice and had everything we needed. Great shower! The “quiet time” hours at night might not be for everyone but was fine for us.“

„Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Host is exceptionally responsive and gracious. We had 8 adults staying there for a wedding weekend and were quite comfortable with places to sleep and space to gather. The 2-1/2 baths allowed all of us to get ready for the wedding and get to the church on time :) Host allowed us to use the (very clean) garage to house my father's antique car so that it was shiny and clean when he drove the bride to the ceremony. „We loved this home! 4 bedrooms, and everything you could possibly want, including a private swimming pool with a diving board! Pool was so clean all the time! Nice patio! Kid friendly- high chair, crib, kid kitchenware, toys, and family games! Not to mention 2 washers and dryers, so you can keep up with your own laundry, and towels! Would definitely recommend!“

„We had a great time“

„Property was clean and everything was as advertised. Just a couple of small glitches. Water pressure to the kitchen sink was not too good. Coffee maker broke the 2nd day so no coffee in the a.m., but there's a Dunkin' just down the street. Otherwise, everything was just fine and the owner was responsive when I called him about the coffee maker.“

„This home is very beautiful and more spacious than I really expected. The location was super convenient for us to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We found a couple of local places to eat while staying here. I really loved this home and will keep it on our list of places to return to. “

„We live out in the country a good 45 minutes to downtown….we needed a place to stay while having our hardwood striped and finished.So we stayed at the Cozy Craftsman. We never knew how convenient city life is!!!! We were 9 to 10 minutes or less to everything!!! Loved the place!“

"Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Allgemeinbereiche waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit den Pool zu benutzen. Leider hat das Frühstück nicht zum Rest vom Hotel gepasst, es war eher wie in einem Motel. "
