„We had such an easy booking and fabulous stay at Kentucky Lake, one of the largest man-made lakes in the world (there's a statement). We were so pleased with our stay. All the peace and quiet we were hoping for. Restaurants in the area were great. We're gonna head back next year, we were so taken with the area. Thank you.“

„This place was amazing !!! I got on a weekend getaway every year for my birthday. I usually stay in Gatlinburg or red river gorge but I wanted to switch it up this year. This is the nicest place I think I have ever stayed at. The house is huge, there are SO many things to do, the views of the lake and the scenery around you is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! I will be coming back here !“

„Awesome place. Stocked with many and all items needed for a relaxing secluded time on the water. Lots of things for our teens to do to keep them entertained. The stairs down to the water were a little challenging, but gave us a good cardio workout to burn some calories. highly recommend to those who want to get away and relax. Remember to bring what you need ,it a good 40 minutes to grab a gallon of milk or loaf of bread. That being said the Downs House was wonderful and you won't be ...

Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! „This cottage was so beautiful, peaceful and serene. From the way it was decorated on the inside, which included a sweet note and gift of bread, to the stunning water and sunset views on the outside. The host and everyone we met here were so kind and helpful. A relaxing vacation in nature by the water, filled with a community of wonderful people. We hope to return soon!!! “

„This guest house is adorable, peaceful, and was exactly the retreat I needed to relax. Tons of wildlife were in the area to watch and the bed was super comfy. I rested very well here and would love to come back. The host Ches is a lovely man who made sure I had everything i needed and kindly checked in with me throughout my 4 day stay to ensure I didnt need anything. “

„We absolutely loved everything about the Barge Inn. A lovely place at a beautiful location. The golf cart was definitely a huge help since we spent a lot of time at the beach and we stayed as a family of 7. The owners are very attentive and always strive to make your stay the best possible. We loved the porch and the overall feel of the house, everything was very clean. The Internet was fast and the kitchen is well equipped! I even baked a birthday cake there ! 10/10 recommend “
