„Good location to local golf courses. Plenty of space for bedrooms and bathrooms. Rustic feel. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outside screened porch was great. Could use some extra TLC. “

„Matt is a great host. Nice cottage with an up north feel. Kids loved the games, movies and playing by the lake. Colder temps so they couldn’t swim but just off the shore looks to be all sand.. Had a fire by the lake our second night. Definitely will return and do some fishing. Can’t beat the sunset off the lake whether your inside in the rocking chairs or sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. Great peaceful weekend! “

„We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat.“

„My fiance and I came to stay here while we were attending a friends weekend wedding down the road. It was perfect location to the venue and the house was just right for what we needed! It was a bit chilly and raining while we were there so we did not get to enjoy the outside amenities as we hoped, but hope to stay here again in the future!“

„We stayed at this property for two nights during spring break and our kids loved every minute of it. We would have loved to stay longer if we were able. There were plenty of games, which we enjoyed, and obviously the pool/hot tub and pool table were big hits. The warm pool was amazing for April :) The kids loved all the pool items, the ducks were fun! Thank you for those! We appreciate the stay very much and probably will be back at some point! „Beautiful views. Was pleased immediately with the property. Quiet area with plenty of wild life to enjoy all the acorns on the property. Very relaxing weekend for us to enjoy. Not too far from restaurants or grocery. “

„The property was really ideal for our stay. We had 3 teen gymnasts and 4 parents total. Plenty of outdoor areas to explore, and a sweet bakery about a mile down the road. It was close enough to Battle Creek to be able to commute everyday for the competition. Rob is super helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to be able to cook meals, there were plenty of bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies for anything we might need. This would be a perfect spot in warm weather ...

„We came in for a family weekend. The house was a perfect location, near our other family members and on Echo Valley property. The house had everything we needed, including a beautiful frozen lake and snow for sledding. We would highly recommend a stay at this house.“
