„This cottage is on a quiet, dead-end street. We felt safe and the location was convenient for our visit to Monroe. The home was very clean and just as pictured in listing. It is a smaller and older home- but there is a big backyard and owner did a great job of updating. The shower has great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. “

„We had a wonderful time staying here with our family! The house was very comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. When the AC went out, Cynthia was incredibly responsive and apologetic — it was fixed within the hour, which we really appreciated.The only downside is that there is no WiFi, and with kids plus spotty cell service, that was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, everything about the property was great. We would definitely recommend it for a stay!“

„We loved everything! The location, the home, the hosts. We will most definitely be back. The home is so clean, cozy, and has every amenity you could possibly need. Being able to launch and park our boat on the property was such awesome. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. “

„House is located in a quiet cove. Not a single house on the other side of the cove. Very protected from wind and boat traffic. Hose was great. Open living room/kitchen area. Bedrooms are quite big. Master BR doesn't have any type of blinds/darkening shades to block the morning sunlight, so plan on getting up at sunrise. Dock could use another bumper, but no a big deal. Those are the only two, very minor "issues" we had, which really aren't issues at all. We'll definitely stay here again. “

"We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire room reeks of marijuana, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Outside, people are screaming, playing loud music, and causing constant disturbance. The atmosphere feels unsafe and unsettling, especially for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. Management seems uninterested in addressing these issues, which makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. Definitely not recommended."
