The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food at the pub was delicious and the animals were a particular highlight for our children as well, especially Ronnie and Reggie, the talking parrots. „Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok.“

„Communication excellent. Instead of a 130cm wide bed upstais with balcony aganst which I complained we got a larger apartment with 200x200 cm wide beds. Apartment comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A little far away from railway station, buses in the morning run seldom. You only get bathing towels, no additional towels for hand and face. Howver, the managers solved the problem. Huge glass tables in the living room, but nothing to protect the table. The ...

„Ich habe hier nur eine Nacht aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen Bristol verbracht (ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Zimmer der Gäste liegen im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht. Der Besitzer war nett und kochte das Frühstück entsprechend meinen Wünschen. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Aufgrund der Lage hörte ich jedoch den Straßenlärm.“

My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. “

"Hotel was ok, room for three people with luggage a bit on the small side. Bathroom the same. All in all though great location, easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Parking in the station NCP just around the corner."

"Waren in einem Familienzimmer zu dritt untergebracht. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Autobahnraststätte. Verkehrsgünstig also in alle Richtungen. Wir hatten vier Nächte hier. Das Frühstück war british and very ok. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas abgenutzt und hat auch nur zwei Sterne. Wer nur zum Schlafen hier ist und Tagesausflüge nach Bristol, Cardiff oder Stonehenge macht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zu viel Komfort sollte man nicht erwarten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. "
