The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. „this is a location and accommodation that has everything a family could dream of. It was beautiful with fabulous views of Bear Lake, a gym, theater room and a kitchen and eating area that included a large scenic balcony! We can' say enough good about how much we enjoyed our vacation there!We highly recommended it to many friends and other extended family members! This is definitely a10!!!“

„Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again.“

Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group “

„Great property! We had all ages and stages and the house was stocked with everything for everyone! And there was plenty so you weren't washing the same 5 dishes or towels over and over again. They even have plenty of kid dishes, cups, utensils etc *Just bring your own beach towels if going to the lake. Any minor issue I had, like batteries died in remote (I'm an insomniac and watch TV during the night) was addressed as soon as I let Amy know. She is just a text/call away.Everything was labeled ...

„We loved our stay at Black Moose. The home was spacious, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for the 40 of us. The large indoor pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the large indoor basketball/ pickleball court. The yard was very large and worked great for our outdoor activities. We could walk to all the eating out options. Plenty of parking for the eight cars. “
