„We needed a place to land while attending a function at Niobrara for 2 days. Just a place to bed down and clean up after a poker run. The bungalow was very clean, had a expansive deck complete with fgas firepit table and high boy chairs plus a couple rockers. Even has a gated area where we could park the bikes off the street. Nice. The basement seemed newly remodeled with 3 twin beds, but the steps are a bit steep for old knees. We didn't have time to watch tv but never could figure out that ...

„The creek was very nice. Screened in back porch had view of creek which was fun. We also hung out on front porch a lot. The birds sang a lot and trees were pretty. Our host was always available for questions“

„Great property located close to the Fairfax SD hall where our wedding reception was held. Perfect for our needs during the hectic weekend. The bride & bridesmaids did their hair & makeup there & it was close enough to reception hall you could stumble home on foot if needed. The host also let us park a small camper in the drive & had Electrical hookup available. I would definitely recommend if you're having an event at the Fairfax Hall.“
