„The staff was always friendly. The service was better than in a normal hotel. But i have one critic point. The late checkout is a yoke. Only 2-3 hours longer with a fee. If the flight at home is late in the evening there is no possibility to stay until the evening . I would pay a bit higher fee but then you have to make a full day booking. Thats bad. Good is that one can use the store for luggage until you drive to the airport.“

„Easy check-in process. Very modern and clean apartment with a lot of space. The apartment offers everything you need. The meriton suites are in one of the newest and tallest buildings in the city - we had a lovely view from our suite - and the location is great as well in the middle of everything. A 10 min walk from the immigration center/museum, where all day-trips depart from. Lovely personnel too - we really enjoyed our stay. “

„I love the Quest Docklands for it's convenient location to Marvel Stadium, trams, trains and the CBD. Always clean, good size rooms and lots of room size options. I do think the mattresses need an upgrade, I've noticed the past few times I've stayed that they are sagging in the centre and quite hard. A nice king coil would be great, I've noted these are very comfy from other hotels I've stayed in“

„Gefreut haben wir uns über den Aufenthalt, da die Bilder einiges versprachen…Die Realität war eine andere: Die Ablagen in den Schränken waren total verstaubt, die Tabs in der Spülmaschine waren nicht richtig aufgelöst und waren beim Bezug noch in selbiger. Während der gesamten Zeit von fast 3 Wochen wurde nicht gesaugt und gewischt… Es gab zwar einen Besen, jedoch kein Kehrblech Eine von 2! Spülmaschinen war defekt, aber trotz wiederholter Reklamation wurde nichts unternommen. Fürs Late Check ...

"Die Lage ist perfekt! Grossartiges Personal. Wir hatten ein Delux-Zimmer im 10. Stock. Fantastisch. Einkaufen und beste Restaurants sind in Gehnähe. Der Flagstaff-Park direkt gegenüber. Von diesem Hotel aus, kann Melbourne hervorragend erkundet werden. Ich kann es allen nur wärmstens empfehlen! "

"Perfektes Hotel für einen Tag in Melbourne. Wir kamen spät an, sind am nächsten Tag mit dem Skybus in die Stadt und zurück gefahren und danach weiter geflogen. Nagelneues Hotel mit tollen Blick auf den Flughafen und bequemes Bett. Zu Fuss erreichbar vom Airport."
