„The apartment was freezing cold and it took hours to get it comfy. The receptionist was slightly confused. I expected free parking, however, it is 6€/day.“

„Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. “

„The apartment ist very nice, a lot of space, comfortable bed, big living room, good kitchen and big bathroom. Everything was clean. It's in a huge gated apartment complex but both Cardiff City and Cardiff Bay are in walking distance (20-25 min). You can also take the bus. Mermaid quay with Tesco and Sainsbury's is a 10-minute walk. Check-in was easy, I was met by a very nice member of staff who showed me how everything worked. One thing though: there was no dishwasher, though dishwasher tabs ...

„We loved the place! It was spacious and comfortable. Just a few wish list items: smart tv, extra trash bags, lighting over mirrors in bathroom, cloths drying rack was broken. We will definitely be coming back!“

„Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends.“

„Lovely clean room, satnav found location but there were shrubs over the brown sign so it took us a little while to find the accommodation. Key lock Box worked well giving us flexibility for check in.“
