„I had searched for a property that would accommodate 10 adults and 4 kids in a quiet family friendly neighborhood close to Palanga. This property was amazing and property manager Mindaugas was just wonderful. This property fit all of us very comfortably and we still had more area that we didn't even use. We used taxi service to get to Palanga which was only 10 euros ( we did not want to try and worry about finding parking). I highly recommend this property and will be staying here in the future ...

„The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. There was music ...

„Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen (Fähre, Einkauf, Busanbindung in die Innenstadt). Ist ausreichend für zwei Personen und der Panoramablick ist phänomenal!Der Einstieg in die Duschwanne ist sehr noch und kompliziert! Das Bad ist insgesamt sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank war unsauber und geräuschintensiv (vor allem in der Nacht).Über den fehlenden Geschirrspüler kann man streiten… uns hat der Abwasch nicht gestört!Leider haben sich bei Starkregen Pfützen in der Loggia gebildet. ...

„Logement refait à neuf avec d'excellents équipements. Bien pour un couple avec éventuellement un enfant (mais moins agréable pour trois adultes dormant dans la même pièce). Accueil sympathique. Tout sera parfait en ajoutant une cafetière et un grille-pain, et lorsque les travaux de l'extérieur seront terminés. Merci “

„Ausstattung und Atmosphäre waren sehr angenehm. Aber wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer-Apartment gebucht und es stand nur eines zur Verfügung. Die Beschreibung und der Filter von Booking passten nicht zu der realen Situation. Service, Beratung und Preisnachlass haben dann aber unkompliziert und zuverlässig geklappt.“

The furniture and the equipment in the kitchen and in the bathromm was excellent and completely sufficent. There was nothing to complain about, however with one smaller exception: there was no coffee-machine in the apartment, and we regretted not to be able to have coffee for breakfast.
