„When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never.“

„Positieve ervaring met twee min punten, nl. de verwarming op de badkamer stond d veel te hoog en kon niet afgezet worden. Er was nergens in de buurt, maar dan ook nergens een plaats waar we konden een ontbijt kopen. “

„Wir waren schon ein paar Mal in Trantraska Lomnica. Aber jetzt das erste Mal im Vila Beatrice. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Appartmenthotel entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Küchenzeile, Sofaecke und abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Da wir alle Tage wandern waren, war der Wäscheständer goldwert, da das Wetter im Gebirge doch sehr wechselhaft ist. Wir hatten Frühstück dazugebucht, internationaler Standard aber vollkommend ausreichend. Zur Verständigung an der Rezeption ...

„Slidt og lille lejlighed. Det ene toilet var ikke særlig stort. Var placeret lige ved køkkenet. Køkkenudstyr var slidte. Sengene var dårlige. Knirkede ved den mindste bevægelse. Gode muligheder for børn at lege på legepladsen. Meget lydt lejlighed. “

„We loved our stay here, it's perfect for families and friends. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the provided games.There are many nice walks around, as well as a pub with a playground walking distance away. Many places of interest and hikes are just a short drive away too. “
