„This was a perfect place for my mother who comes to town to teach her classes for the UAS. It was a quiet and relaxing location for her. And very spacious for the grandkids to spend time and visit.“

„Very clean and well furnished........king bed was very comfortable and the lines there and in the bathroom were luxurious......Made hubby birthday dinner and found everything I needed in the kitchen.....spices, cooking oil, lots of coffee and teas....Neighborhood was sooo nice and quiet....Only a few miles from the ferry......Only problem was the television remote would not work.......Hopefully it has been replaced by now.....Would definitely stay again.....“

„ It’s just a few blocks from the University of Alaska Southeast, which is worth touring. There’s even a bus that will take you downtown with a stop a few hundred feet away. Be aware that it’s on the third floor. So you have to haul your stuff up stairs. The overlooks Aike Bay harbor.“

„We had a fabulous visit. The apartment seems newly re-done. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. If anything, John, the host under sells the place. All the pictures on VRBO are of the really nice interior but there are also great views out the bedroom windows and from the super nice porch. The property is right on the Mendenhall River but down by the wider part of the river so out of the recent flood areas. Other than the super nice accommodations, the best part was that it is ...

„This apartment is perfect. Full kitchen, with bbq’er off the front deck. Comfortable bed and lovely common area. It was close to town, but far enough to enjoy the wild of Juneau. Our host checked in on us just enough. We will be back. It was a wonderful home away from home. “

„The place was very comfortable, clean and well supplied. It had everything we needed, including lots of pillows and blankets for kids to crash on the couches, air mattress, and floor. Bill and Penny were extremely accomodating, he even snow plowed around our car. Great central location, Fred Meyer is literally right down the road. I would definjtely stay there again!“
