„Ein schönes Haus im Zentrum von Beer Beach. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Mit dem pin zum tür öffnen kann man nie mehr den Schlüssel vergessen und alle können unabhängig kommen und gehen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit.“

„Wir waren das erste Mal in England und wir fanden es sehr schön.Tony war super nett. Er hat uns bei einem Reifenplatzer prima geholfen.Seine Frau Sue ist sehr lieb.Das Cottage war traumhaft und sehr empfehlenswert. „Great stay - excellent accommodation - absolutely as described. We loved this location, great facilities, enjoyed the games room and tennis court and the fact that there was loads of crockery. This was a great place to stay, definitely on our list for ‘we may well return’ and more than happy to recommend. Also a great location - and fantastic views.“

„My family had a wonderful weekend here. The property was well equipped for our stay, Including some games for us to play in the evening. The area is beautiful to explore, I only wish we had more time! My kids loved being on the farm and really enjoyed being shown round the animals there. An idyllic family weekend away. I would highly recommend staying here. “

„Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt direkt am Strand, sicher wäre es NOCH schöner, wenn man im 1.OG untergebracht wäre - so sieht man das Meer halt nur, wenn man vor die Tür geht. Da wir gutes Wetter hatten, war das aber kein Problem.Kleinigkeiten wurden vom Vermieter aufgenommen und werden vermutlich in Ordnung gebracht - es scheint viel Herzblut in der Wohnung zu stecken und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. “

„Das Cottage liegt zentrums- und strandnah (10Min.), nah zur Busstation und sehr ruhig gegenüber Kleingärten und dem Park "the Byes". Wenn vor dem Haus kein Platz zum Parken mehr war, fanden wir südwest. auf der anderen Parkseite (Beatlands Road) immer einen Stellplatz und waren in 5 Minuten Fußweg durch den Park am Haus. Ausl-/Einladen vor dem Haus mit kurzfristiger Behinderung eines kommenden Fahrzeugs war immer möglich: die Engländer dort sind geduldige und tolerante Menschen. Wir hatten ...

„We stayed at this lovely house with two families ( nine persons) and were warmly welcomed by Paul. The location ist ideal, supermarkets are near so you can manage all your purchases on foot. The wonderful beach ist also within walking distance. Paul helps with any concerns or questions and is always very helpful, so we felt really at home during our holidays at Exmouth.“

„This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "Kleines sehr sauberes Zimmer über dem sehr gemütlichen Pub, daher bis Ladenschluß nicht ganz ruhig. Leider lag unser Raum über der Küchenlüftung. Andere Zimmer hatten da bessere Plätze. Sehr nette Bedienung,viele sehr nette einheimische Gäste mit gut erzogenen Hunden. Wir hatten gleich Kontakt mit Herr und Hund - ein schöner Abend !"
