„My husband and I wanted to take a few days away for our anniversary. This cabin was well worth going to. The view from the deck was expansive. The first evening we sat on the deck overlooking the valley. „Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. “

„We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. „This is our second time at this cabin, and both times the stay was amazing! Cabin is as described. Sitting on the porch we saw deer and turkey. You know it is a great place to stay when you are genuinely sad to leave. Thank you Chris for allowing us to stay once again. The cabin is the perfect base camp for all of our adventures!“

„This cabin is really cute, though it isn't large - there seems to be room for a lot because of how well it was designed. It was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of little details made it special. We enjoyed the (new?) hot tub on the deck, and found the beds to be very comfortable. „Beautiful Property, very clean and well maintained. Very well stocked, had everything that you could possibly need. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. Would definitely recommend staying.“

„The perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Quiet, relaxing and a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, stretching out in the hammocks, and the nature around us. We have seen hawks, deer, even turtles running around. Everything that you need in a cabin. Close to town and all the area attractions. „Not a far drive from the Raystown Resort which offers a beautiful lake to walk around at, fish to feed and a very fun water park. It’s a little on the small side but fun! Also several things to do on the lake and a pizza place that is delicious. Some convenience stores not to far from the cabin. Beautiful area with lots of wildlife!“

„Absolutely gorgeous house! It was so clean and well stocked. Very kid/family friendly. Our favorite part was enjoying the peaceful/private woods out on the huge back deck! We definitely recommend this place and will come back again! “

„Best sunset views anywhere! Very relaxing stay — exactly what was needed for a getaway with the kids. Well appointed house. Fun yard games. Close enough to drive to PawPaw or Cacapon for hiking or kayaking. But also just perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying the the show the sky puts on every evening!“
