„This cottage was a great place to relax and spend time as a family. My son loved getting to walk the short distance to the dock to fish as much as he wanted to. We rented a boat from in town and Lake Sallie was perfect for tubbing and fishing from the boat. The cottage had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having culligan water was a nice bonus. „A great cabin on the lake; a really nice spot for many things - fishing, bird watching, leaf peeping. It is a bit of a steep walk down to the lake with steps, but worth it. Tons of great things to do in the area - state parks, shopping, restaurants, access to many lakes in the area etc... „The cabin is warm, inviting and cozy with all the modern conveniences. Even my kids will drink the water from either the tap or the fridge. Private setting, a few ATVs drove by, neighboring homes not visible or loud. Only mental note I’ve made is that the road immediately leading to the cabin is soft, much better suited to a truck/SUV than a sedan. We will drive a different vehicle next time.“

„We stayed here for 2 nights in May and had a fantastic time! The owners were accessible and came down to fill the water tank and clear the waste tank when we needed it. They warned us the water from the tap was discolored but safe to drink, and provided us with a gallon of distilled water. If you are particular about the water you drink, definitely bring drinking water.
