„Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. “

„We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english“

„It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. “

„Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.“

„Very bad communication. Delayed my check in although requested for early check in. Ridiculous check in time at 3pm, checkout 11am. “

„I felt disappointed when I step into the unit The whole unit was smelly and poor standard of the cleanliness as well as the Water heater was not working.Alot of cockroach was found on both kitchen area and toilet. “

„The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. “

„No cleaning done . They only offer late checkout and start cleaning at 4pm“

„I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive. Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with ...
