„Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. On one corner of the bed there is only six inches in which to get past. The wardrobe is not great quality and the sliding door comes of it’s rail easily. ( can also be put back easily but.. ) in the living ...

„Wonderful in-city location, walkable to shops, pubs, electric train, and other transport. Home was well appointed, fantastic ‘user notebook’ informative for all features of the home. Parking was tight but managers gave easy alternatives. Highly recommend for a stay.“

„The property has picture windows overlooking the bay - stunning views. The house was clean overall, comfortable and well equipped. Although there is a lack of shaver point which I use to charge my electric toothbrush. I had to buy a manual toothbrush. The rugs in hall, lounge and kitchen are unnecessary as the floors are tiled/parky flooring. These rugs could do with a clean as could the settees. „Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man. „Lovely property set over 3 floors with all mod cons and full bathrooms on each floor. Has great entertaining space outside wuth hot tub, bbq, fire pit, seating areas both covered and uncovered. Would definately stay again. We stayed for a relaxing stress free night chill out night before my daughter's wedding. We were all impressed by facilties, and our host Tim. Who welcomed us warmly and took us through the house and facilities. “

„We had a wonderful stay in lodge 1. The owner was friendly and helpful. The lodge was beautiful and had all we needed. We didn’t have a car but had friends who picked up up each day we went out. You would need access to transport. We would happily stay again! “

„Whilst property looked good on arrival, no heating or hot water for 24 hours. Mattresse very thin and cheap couldn't sleep on it had to use sofa bed, bins not emptied daily, kettle ridiculous faulty plugs in kitcken to use toaster. Accused when left of breaking toilet lid and leaving toilet brush covered in feace and smoking in there we smoked out side it must have blown in as it was windy. AVOID THIS APARTMENT. „Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. Cheap furniture ...
