„If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!“

„Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. “

„We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully organized. The basement game room was perfect for rainy days, and the hot tub and landscaping added to the relaxing atmosphere. We loved the occasional visit from a friendly neighbor cat and spotted lots of birds and wildlife around the property.The main bedroom has a window AC unit and there are plenty of fans — we were very comfortable on the main level and in the basement. „We loved how cozy the RV was. The property was very pretty with wild life nearby. The kids loved seeing the bunnies, playing in the pool, and the evening firepit to roast marshmallows. I was happpy to see there was no TV, so our kids had to play outside and enjoy nature! We felt very safe in the property. The sunset view was amazing with the lake in the background from afar. “

„My husband had a wonderful time at your cabin for his birthday. Everything was exactly like our home - coffee, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom was clean and a perfect mattress. We did have trouble in the shower, there weren’t any grab bars to steady yourself. It would help to have some grab bars.
