„We’ve had a lovely stay with Michael as the host. The tents are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean,well thought out (everything in one stall) and well kept. Even toiletries are provided! Upon arrival Michael explained everything and provided us with power bank and lights for the night. Unfortunately it rained that night, so we missed campfire and s’mores in the evening. „This is a gorgeous property, immaculately maintained and very conveniently located to the Sand Dunes, which was the purpose of our trip. The views from every window are spectacular and the hot tub was such a nice bonus after a long day hiking. Highly recommend. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). Kristen was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay; we’d definitely come back!“

„Charming home with everything you need and then some. Walking distance to restaurants as well as full kitchen to prepare meals on site. Our grands also enjoyed the PacMan arcade game! Pleasant and welcoming decor. I feel like I chose well for a little getaway with our son and his daughters. It was a great stay.“

„Location was perfect for our quick family adventure of the area. Beautiful view of the Dunes and the house had everything our family needed. Close to the park and Zapata Falls. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon. “

„Quick stay, but we loved that it was off the beaten path. Super clean. No AC, so warmer than we’re used to, but I knew that going in. Only surprise was the sheer number of mosquitos. Wow. But we used bug spray and moved along (and obviously that’s just nature and the season, certainly not a knock on the property). Would definitely recommend as a home base to explore the valley. “

„We had a beautiful stay. This property had absolutely everything we could have wanted for a quiet getaway. From the brand new construction to the small details like quality fans in every room, it felt so welcoming and relaxing. The two bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house, so there is plenty of space not to hear someone, even if they are the loudest snorer! I loved the seating in the back with a spectacular view, though I would definitely suggest NOT using the little fire pit! It ...

„WOW! We loved our stay here! House was big and inviting. The kids loved the farm and the farm animals. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and even hit the golf balls. Very quiet at night to sit on the front porch and the views are amazing!“

„I was overall impressed with this space. It was very clean, including the hot tub, which is not always the case when you’re renting so I really appreciated that. The location and view of the mountains is to die for I loved how the house was set up in a way that you’re always looking out a window at the mountain no matter what room you’re in. It really created the perfect birthday weekend for me and my friends! Highly recommend “

„The unit was impeccably decorated and lots of attention to detail. It was styled like a model home with all the bells and whistles. Loved the cozy throw blankets and the bed was comfy. Luckily we planned ahead and brought meals as there are not many options for dining/groceries. The dome has a kitchenette, with shared full kitchen in lobby area. Only wish was shower pressure needs a boost. Otherwise great location for visit to the dunes.“

Great layout in the cabin stocked kitchen so you could actually cook and an apartment sized fridge. It was a home away from home “

"Grundsätzlich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, nur leider war bis 23:00 Uhr an schlafen im Zimmer 100 nichtzudenken.Der Grund dafür war einmal das eine größere Gruppe lautstark den Frühstücksraum zu ihren Poker Raum umfunktioniert haben.Dieses wurde dann zwar vom Hotelpersonal unterbunden. Nur gegen den Lärm der LKW in der Nacht helfen nur Ohrenstopfen. "

"Von Umweltfreundlichkeit und Müllvermeidung ist beim Frühstücken in den USA grundsätzlich wenig zu spüren. Dieses Hotel ist aber (auch im Vergleich mit anderen Holiday Inn‘s) der Hammer: Jede Toastscheibe ist extra eingepackt!!! Wahnsinn!"
