„The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. “

"Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, mitten in der Stadt mit eigenem Sandstrand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und recht ruhig, wenn man bedenkt, dass hinter dem Hotel eine zehnspurige Strasse verläuft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmerreinigung war gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig ägyptisch. Manchmal ist es schwierig, einen freien Tisch zu finden. Wenn man Halbpension bucht, hat man am Abend eine schöne Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts, was man bestellen kann. Alkoholische Getränke sind sehr teuer. Aber man kann sich das Bier oder den Wein aus einem Drinkies mitbringen. Leider war das Wasser am Strand des Hotels je nach Strömung oft sehr unappetitlich schmutzig, so dass wir da nicht baden wollten. Die beiden Pools sind hingegen sehr sauber. Liegestühle am Strand und am Pool hat es immer ausreichend viele."
