„We just needed a place to stay to be close to the airport after being 6-7 hours away. This place was perfect!!!! Very clean, just what was needed for one night, a few nights would have been be nice too! Definitely would recommend, owners gave very clear instructions and let us know that if we needed anything, anything at all, they were there for us. “

„Great little place to sleep and hit some nearby hikes. Richard was a great host and replied to messages immediately. The space is large and while it is below their house, the space is soundproof and quiet. Modest kitchen, small bathroom large room and comfy bed. We didn’t use the theatre but it looked entertaining. Would stay again at this price. Great stay!“

„It was a great house! We loved the outdoors sitting area. Used the firepit nightly, great ambiance! We will definitely stay again and refer our friends! Julia was also very responsive when we had questions. Thanks again for the wonderful stay! “

Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and of course the amenities were awesome! Hot tub and game room area were such a hit! We will stay here every time we visit Denver! „The home is in a very nice neighborhood close to both the airport and The Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center. We had a small mixup when we arrived at the home related to the rental’s actual location but, everything was straighten out very quickly. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The apartment was exactly as advertised and there were plenty of supplies and toiletries available to us. "Wir haben 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft übernachtet. Als wir angekommen sind, ist uns schon aufgefallen, dass der Boden im Eingangsbereich und im Fahrstuhl geklebt hat. Das Zimmer wurde auch nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit den Essensresten von Vorgänger. Im Bad war die Lüftung sehr laut, hat aber überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Es wurde ein Frühstück angeboten, wurde aber überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet, dass die Mülleimer zwischendurch entleert werden oder Säfte usw nachgefüllt werden. Der Boden sowie Tische klebten. "
