"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft sehr sauber, es ist ganz witzig da die kleinen Häuschen einfach super sind. Die Betten sind ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles im allen eine tolle Unterkunft und das mitten in der Altstadt Freiburgs, besser kann man es nicht haben."

"Personnel were very good, accommodating and very warm. Service also good. Room, very clean and well-kept. The room door doesn’t totally block out the noise from the corridor, so when there were other guests walking and talking at the same time (normal speaking volume) they’d somehow be heard. Didn’t bother us, anyway. We slept soundly in the room; the air conditioning was excellent. Upon our arrival we were very happy to find the room cooled comfortably. One must keep in mind, though, that there’s no small refrigerator, like in other hotels. We were actually fine with it at first, but then found that we’d need it afterwards. No biggie, though, because our stay was short. Curtains are opaque; we are light sensitive at sleep so it mattered to us. Just make sure to cover the whole window. We didn’t take the breakfast option, so nothing to say about that. The only thing we’re not so happy about is the lack of socket near the TV. We brought our own Apple TV with us, so we can watch our evening shows before sleeping, but struggled with reaching the nearest socket (at the bed side). But full picture is, our stay was a pleasant one."
