The bright, open kitchen is fully setup for cooking, dining, and gathering together. It features a joined dining space great for winding down after a day of exploring the area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday cooking essentials. At the moment there is no coffee maker but we have a kettle for hot water / tea.

There are 3 rooms and one updated shared full sized bathroom with walk in shower. One room has a Queen bed and the other two are setup with Full Sized bed.

The living room is designed for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. It includes comfortable seating and a large Smart TV ready for streaming, making it a great space for a quiet movie night or evening at home. TV instructions are provided both inside the property and in the digital guest manual.

The home is located just a short walk down the hill from the Redondo Beach waterfront area. Guests can also explore nearby PowellsWood Garden, a beautiful botanical garden featuring peaceful walking trails, lush landscaping, and colorful seasonal scenery.

Street parking is generally available, provided vehicles do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or restricted areas.
