It was nice that the master bedroom had a dedicated bathroom for my elderly parents (in their 80s) so they didn’t have to stumble around looking for a bathroom at night, and gave them a dedicated place to get ready for the wedding. 5 other family members fit into the two other bedrooms, with nephew on the fold out couch in the game room, so worked great for our group ...

„It’s definitely an old house as are most in Chico. The location was everything, only a 5 minute walk to the bars in downtown. Didn’t have to take a single uber which was nice. It had a big back yard with a nice set up. Beds weren’t super comfortable but weren’t bad either. It did say there was a washer and dryer when there wasn’t one but that’s okay. The WiFi password wasn’t posted anywhere and I couldn’t get ahold of the host for the password. Other than the communication, WiFi, and ...

„Definitely a retro feel in an older neighborhood but a well built, well loved house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the landscaping and the hot tub. Would have loved the pool but it was too cold to get in. Would definitely stay there again. “

„Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.“

„Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too. Overall...a good time was had by all. “

„Very clean, plenty of space. We did not venture upstairs so can’t comment on that, but everything was as described. It was absolutely freezing when we arrived, and most of the wood pieces were large, so chopping wood in the dark was not in our plans. Perhaps the cleaner could have turned on the kitchen area heater for a bit before guests arrive. As soon as we unpacked and got a fire going, we sat down to watch the projection tv, and discovered that none of the living room outlets were working. ...
