This newly remoded 4 bedroom house is conveniently located within 10 mins of the Fayetteville Regional Airport off of I95. This house features a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs with firesticks, washer and dryer in the garage, big backyard, and family games. Four car parking is available in the driveway. House 25 mins from Fort Bragg, 12 mins from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, and 6-7 mins to the 2 nearby grocery stores. As well as about 15-20 mins from Cross Creek Mall, restaurants, and other shops.

"Perfect Haven for Family Gatherings: A Spacious, Cozy Retreat in Hope Mills"
I rented this home with my sisters all from out of state for my mother’s surprise party. We had a wonderful experience at this rental. The spacious and tastefully decorated house served as the perfect central meetup location for our family before and after the surprise party. It was the nicest and most spacious among the 5 rentals booked by our extended family members also visiting from out of state. The ample space allowed the kids to play freely, and the backyard and garage were fantastic additions. The cleanliness, cozy decor, and a well-equipped garage-turned-play area made our stay enjoyable. Despite initial concerns about the neighborhood when first entering the area of mobile homes it quickly changed after making a few turns and entering the development of newer homes. The neighborhood of the rental is very nice. The presence of surveillance cameras and alarms on the doors added to our peace of mind. We even lucked out with perfect weather and got to enjoy the fire pit. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and are eager to book this rental again when visiting our mother.

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic time while staying at this home. It was very spacious and had wonderful amenities. Checking in and checking out was as simple as could be. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Very nice stay
The house was very clean and in good condition. It had a nice patio with a charcoal grill in a large fenced in back yard that we took advantage of and enjoyed. There were games and a pool table. There was plenty of room inside the house including a fully functioning kitchen. If staying in the area, we definitely recommend

Very good value and nice property
My wife and I rented this property for a combined work/pleasure vacation while my son was in the area for his team’s spring break and games. The owner was very informative and responsive and the property worked well for our needs. We would absolutely rent this property again if we return to the Fayetteville area.

Won’t be staying again
Property owner is nice and flexible. Property is nice if you don’t have good vision or you’re wearing beer goggles. The thought is there but it’s done hurried and messy. There are various places where there is stuff (snot?) smeared on the walls, screws sticking out of many walls, push pins everywhere, tape remnants on ceilings & walls, a 2 year old painted things there is paint markings in rooms that don’t have that color, and there was no regard to painters tape, baseboards, mirrors, outlet and switch plates, ceilings were painted the wall color. NOT a quiet place to sleep. Neighbors dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG. Outside furniture wasn’t setup for our arrival. We would have used it if it were but after a long day who wants to set up patio and fire pit furniture!? Pool ques have no tips and are unraveling. Board games don’t have any of the pieces A big heap of tires in the back corner of the property. Kitchen cabinets are stuck closed by who knows what and there’s old food in one of them, one you pry it open. There is remnants of a lock on the master like someone were to be lock in there Bra on the floor behind the master closet door Electrical box in closet wide open Parts of sheet rock just missing or peeled off Kitchen ceiling above stove looks like there may have been a fire! Neighborhood is just a trash heap.

Nice home, not exactly what I expected but it was comfortable enough for the short stay.
Property managers responded quickly and very friendly! The property has minor issue like the washer has a slow leak. Overall good experience and conveniently located close to areas I required.
