„Nice hotel. But weird in that at reception it said check in at the hotel across the road and for breakfast. I had a room on the 1st floor, but on the 2nd floor it seemed the people who looked after the hotel stayed. I don't know if the 2nd floor was open plan, but all you could hear was the baby, mother & grandmother all the time. It was silent at night though. Room and facilities including the bed were superb. Just the carers of the place made a racket.“

„I had a short trip to explore Durres and stumbled upon this hotel! They just opened and it’s so nice to stay in a hotel where you feel valued as a customer. Everyone was so attentive to my needs. The hotel is modern and sleek. Everything you need is within walking distance! Two cute cafes next door. I hope to return one day! As a solo traveler from California I felt safe. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hospitality.“

„Then we arrived at the hotel, the two girls in the reception told us, that we had cancelled the reservation, which we didnt. It was a mistake between them and Expedia. But they didnt care at all, and if we didnt insist they were wrong, we had to pay yet one more time. Afterwards the hotel did not match the description and four star spa expectation. "The Host didn’t respond to our questions, apartment was dirty (especially the bathroom), we received the key way too late and had to ask locals for help, the key wasn’t in the lockbox as the host told us, we missed one blanket and the kitchen was stocked poorly (supplies), hairdryer and shampoo was not in the apartment as supposed…"

TROTZ MEINER UNZUFRIEDENHEIT HAT MAN MIR NICHTS ANDERS ANGEBOTE SONDERN GESAGT DAS DASS GENAU DAS IST WAS ICH GEBUCHT HABE. ICH WEISS NICHT OB ICH MEIN GELD ZURÜCK BEKOMME.
