„This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4 ...

„This was a perfect place for the fiancé and I to stay while visiting family and be able to bring our dog. The owner had perfect communication, she was so sweet! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to run his morning zoomies. Thank you for having us!“

„The layout of the unit was great! We had plenty of room for our family and it was a comfortable place to stay. We really like the interior decoration. However, it was dirty; gross dirty. “

„Such a unique space. We rented this place for my daughter's graduation weekend for family and friends coming to town. Convenient location, spacious, clean, and easy to get in touch with the host. No issues whatsoever!. I will be staying here again!“

„It’s an older home that has been remodeled so there are some old home things like chips in the paint. The location is great with some really cool spots within walking distance. Parking isn’t an issue either with a large back yard that doubles as parking (plenty of space for pups to walk around.) For the price you can’t beat it. Would recommend….. did I mention how comfy the bed was?“
