The Space:
Welcome to our newly updated South Fargo home! We have created a modern and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The home is just minutes away from a variety of local attractions, including The Lights on Sheyenne, Suite Shots, Scheels Arena, Sanford and Essentia Hospitals, West Acres Shopping Center, The Pines Wedding Venue, and more.

Sports fans will appreciate the close proximity to hockey arenas, baseball fields and numerous golf courses.

Whether you prefer lounging on the couch, engaging in a board game, or play a round of cards, there's something here for everyone. Simply kick back, unwind, and enjoy your time away from home.

FOYER:
As you walk into this split-level home you will enter into a spacious foyer. Here you will find a large coat closet where you can store all your personal belongings such as shoes and coats. At the top of the stairs you will be greeted by two-bedrooms and a large open concept kitchen.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with ample pots and pans, baking dishes, a crock pot, cutting boards, a blender, toaster, and a variety of cooking and baking utensils.

There's a Keurig Duo coffee maker that offers the option of making a traditional pot of coffee or simply go the easy route of enjoying a K-Cup. Our coffee bar includes a variety of K-Cups, coffee grounds, coffee filters, individual creamers, and sugar packets. A handheld milk frother is also provided.

DINING ROOM:
The dining room is conveniently positioned between the kitchen and living room, providing a simple yet elegant dining space that seats six guests. Two additional dining seats can be found at the bar overlooking the refreshed kitchen cabinets and decor.

For those with little ones, a standalone highchair is provided and can be located in the master bedroom closet when not in use.

Board games/card games can be found in the cabinet under the counter on the dining room side.

UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM:
You will be greeted with an abundance of natural light that beams through the large window and patio door. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, inviting pillows and two accent chairs, setting the stage for a relaxed game of tic-tac-toe or simply unwinding.

Enjoy your favorite shows on a 58-inch flat-screen Roku TV, complete with all your streaming services.

For added comfort, extra blankets are on hand, inviting you to snuggle in for a movie night or to curl up with a good book and unwind.

DOWNSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM:
The family room provides ample seating for everyone, featuring a spacious sectional and ottoman. Adjacent to the sectional, there's also an inviting leather swivel chair and work desk, creating an ideal space for both relaxation and productivity. A 58-inch flat-screen Roku TV is conveniently positioned across from the sectional, allowing you to easily log in and access any streaming service of your choice.

BEDROOMS:
Every bedroom is equipped with additional blankets, pillows, and portable fans to ensure your comfort. Blackout blinds adorn each window, ensuring uninterrupted rest during your stay. Phone-charging stations are positioned next to each bed, eliminating the need to search for outlets at night. For those with little ones, a complimentary pack-n-play is available and can be found in the closet of the upstairs master bedroom. Additionally, two luggage holders are provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom, the master bedroom, is located upstairs and is the first bedroom on the right. It features a 12-inch memory foam king-size platform bed, full length mirror, walk-in closet, 40 inch Roku television, and access to the main bathroom.

The second bedroom is also located upstairs. With its charming quaintness, this area features a 1-inch memory foam queen-size platform bed, 40 inch Roku television, and spacious closet.

The third bedroom is located in the basement. It provides a cozy atmosphere complete with a 10-inch memory foam queen-size platform bed, 40 inch Roku television, and spacious closet.

The fourth bedroom is also located in the basement. It is furnished with two 10-inch memory foam single beds, a Roku television, and a spacious closet.

BATHROOMS:
This home features two full bathrooms, both equipped with brand-new lighting and plumbing fixtures as of 2023. Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup towels. Additionally, a supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided for your convenience.

In the primary bathroom upstairs, you'll find a hairdryer and a first aid kit. The second bathroom is located in the basement.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Positioned off the family room in the basement, you will find the combined laundry room and mechanical room. Both the washer and dryer are at your disposal and are complimentary for use throughout your stay.

We offer laundry detergent pods (Tide-Free and Gentle) as well as dryer sheets for your convenience. Additionally, a clothing rack is provided for your laundry needs.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
In the summer, step through the sliding glass door from the dining room, and you'll discover a patio dining set and a propane grill, ideal for hosting summer barbeques.

Guest Access:
• Enjoy full-access to the entire house during your stay, including the deep two-stall garage.
• Please note that the linen closet upstairs is secured for additional supplies, as is the door located under the stairwell.

I will message you a day before your arrival with all the check-in details including address and keycode to access the house.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is well-established and peaceful. There is a park within walking distance as well as numerous walking paths.

You will find easy access to main roadways, interstate systems, local attractions, Sanford and Essentia Hospitals, sport facilities, restaurants, bars and so much more.

Getting Around:
You're welcome to bring your vehicle(s) and park in the over-sized two-stall garage as well as in the driveway. The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available on the side street, but it is first come first served and shared with the neighbors.

Lyft and Uber are both available options for ride share.

Public transportation is also available in the form of taxi services.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

• All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents.
• There are two external security cameras on the property. One is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. It faces the sidewalk entryway and city street. The second security camera is located at the garage and faces the driveway and city street. These are for your protection and to ensure our cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for you.
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond my control.
• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.
• We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and coffee. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.

PARKING:
The garage may be used for your parking needs. We ask that you please keep the overhead garage door closed at all times.

There is room for additional parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

If additional parking is needed, you are able to park on along the south side of the street. Please note, these spaces are first-come first-served and are shared with the neighbors.
