„This was one of our best VRBO stays ever. The location was exceptional, free street parking was just a few blocks over (and well described by the owner) and the layout of the suite was great. We had one tiny issue arise and the owner addressed it immediately. I read other reviews and I did bring my own handtowels and kitchen dish towels, but there were enough other towels that would have sufficed if I hadn't. „The property was exactly as expected - went with myself and three couples - along with two dogs - and it was PERFECT! It’s very difficult to find a place that has enough bedrooms for four couples that is approachable and affordable.The host was very responsive when I had questions and had to quickly set up an early check-in due to friends, arriving in the city earlier than expected. „Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in).
