After various calls I was connected to a firm in the Netherlands . They called the UK and after 20 minutes I got a verbal confirmation. An unnecessary worry. The house is in a pure residential area. „This property could be a 10 out of 10 but unfortunately it wasn’t spring cleaned before our arrival and the place was filled with cobwebs and spiders, it was also very dusty and we needed to air the house out for a day to remove the musky smell and wash all plates before use as they were stained with small brown dots. Everything else was great, location, beds and the fire were all good but it felt like the house hadn’t been used in a while. “
