„Bei den Aufzügen war Chaos und lange Wartezeiten!! An der Rezeption wurde uns - mit Bestätigung des Managers - zugesagt, das Frühstück für alle inkl. Später wurde uns für unsere 2 Kinder über 60 Dollar berechnet - ein absoluter Witz!!! Reklamation hat auch nicht weitergeholfen!! Nie wieder!!! Die Straßen in der hotelumgebung sind auch baufällig und total reparaturbedürftig!!!“
