„Never received check in information. When I called to ask for it day of arrival I was told they didn’t have me on their list and better luck elsewhere. They still charged me and said hotels.com customer support just kept repeating ‘ unfortunately the host confirmed you checked in so we can’t refund you’ like a broken record. Will be disputing this charge with the bank, looking online I’m not the only one who’s had this sort of experience with this site. “

„Home was in a great location convenient to many restaurants and bars. Listing stated they had a grill but unfortunately did not. There was a fire pit in the back yard but no propane tank so we couldn’t use it. Parking was a challenge every night we came back from the family we were there visiting. House is decorated nicely but living room furniture was super uncomfortable but beds were very comfortable.“

„At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. „My sons & I stayed chose this townhouse within walking distance to Camden Yards to watch our KC Royals play the Orioles. It was very enjoyable & convenient with a bathroom attached to each bedroom. We enjoyed going up on the roof to view the stadiums & city from up high. Beautiful townhouse!“

„The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say ...

"I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again."
