Dieses 950 Quadratfuß große Penthouse mit 1 Schlafzimmer liegt auf einem 5 Hektar großen Avocadohain und ist ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien.
Schlendern Sie durch den Hain und pflücken Sie Avocados für hausgemachte Guacamole oder verschiedene Zitrusfrüchte für die erfrischendsten Cocktails.

Peaceful view cottage

Simon was a wonderful host -- great communication and hospitality. The grounds and avocado and citrus groves are so beautiful and peaceful, and the views from the cottage all around are striking. Simon gave us a description of the grounds and we had little walks with our pup through the groves, picking up a ripe orange or avocado here and there. Delicious. Fresh morning orange juice. Grapefruit too. He truly has a special place.

Terrific property on a hillside with a beautiful view. Nice location in proximity to Temecula wineries. Simon is a terrific host.As a bonus we picked fresh avocados off the trees in their avocado orchard located on the property. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely cottage and fabulous hosts

What a fabulous cottage. It was so comfortable. There was plenty of space and everything needed for a pleasurable self catering stay. The WiFi was fast and work space was great. The hosts were amazing and so considerate, best we have come across so far! It is nice not to have to worry about the small things like soap and washing powder etc. The hosts are very generous. There was plenty of parking. The outside balcony was comfortable to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the evening. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here! Everything was thought of and so clean! Keep up the good work!

5 Stars across the board

We had an amazing stay renting the entire property for our family. What a perfect location as our son's wedding was down the street at the winery. The stay was highlighted by the well appointed bathrooms, extra large great room and stellar kitchen. We spent most of our day in the pool enjoying the large backyard of the main house. The stay was extra comfortable as our host, Simon checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough about the place. Other family members stayed in other rentals nearby and they were all raving about our place. If you plan a stay in Fallbrook this is the best spot!

Peace, Beauty, Rest & Hospitality

Simon and Jodi are the hosts we all want to become. From the welcome art on the doorstep, to the texts from Simon checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, their affection for being great hosts was manifest. The property has everything the site indicates. From the deck, the view shows off God's work beautifully and differently as the day changes. The fog in the mornings, the rolling hills in the afternoons and the stars over the desert mountains at night. Inside, you will find peace and rest in a solid, high-end bed complete with extra pillows should you want them. The bathroom is well built with an oversize shower and it was sparkling clean. Cooking meals is easy in the nicely sized kitchen, though I opted to cook outside on the grill most of the time. Gladly, I came home with no laundry to do because Simon and Jodi supplied a stacked washer and dryer. This is a place of Peace, Beauty, Rest & Hospitality.

Location and Views

This property is quite nice. You have great views from every part of the cottage. It has good amenities for your stay and everything works great and is new. The hammock seat is a great place to sit and unwind. Communication with the host is easy and Simon responds quickly. He also communicates anything you may need to know about the property or stay, he is on top of things. You do feel like you are way from it all here, it is very quiet and relaxing. Great to have a winery within walking distance as well. Will book again.

Cozy mountain cottage getaway

Fantastic find! The place was very, very clean and well appointed. We loved every night sitting out on the porch watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The cottage is well-maintained and in a pretty, and quiet area close to golf courses and the small town of Fallbrook. The communication and attention to detail was superb. We hope to rent this cottage again in the near future.

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a getaway from San Diego and this was the perfect property. Beautiful location among the avocados and citrus trees. Close enough to other cities for day trips, or just to relax and enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of daily routines.
