„neat motel / hotel with reasonable restaurant. no frills“

„Stayed for 12 days. Dead bugs behind the fridge and under beds. Wiring/electrical was sub-standard. Staff overheard discussing co-workers in unprofessional behavior. Front desk gentleman is apparently "challenged", does not understand what graveyard shift is. Pool was in state of unusable renovation that has not changed in months. Continental breakfast had no choice for multigrain bread after 1st day. Beds were uncomfortable. Otherwise really good location next to river and trails.“

„It was a good location for views, nice large balcony and high ceilings as it was a loft suite. However, there was only one small window in the living area and for some reason the garden door to the balcony was heavily frosted, letting minimal light through. „Very easy checking/out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing toiletries (hand soap/body wash/ shampoo). Only one negative - the toilet was hard to flush. The floater was bent so that the tank only filled half way. Told the staff as I left and they were thankful for the info. Overall would stay again.“

The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all.
