"This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."

"We very much enjoyed our stay the place was very interesting and had a lot of character. That said I did not realize the bathroom was downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs. I might be a good idea to make the 3rd small bedroom a bathroom instead. I think that would appeal more to smal families or a pair of couples. Overall it was a decent value. There were a couple of small issues that I had such as: no washcloths, very limited kitchen utensils such as wooden spoons not much in the way of chairs...

"The cabin is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the bedroom. The cabin is very close to Hwy 64 which makes getting around easy but in exchange there is quite a bit of traffic noise. The traffic noise is the only thing that made me give the “location and neighborhood” 3 start. Also, the steps really need a handrail.
